We have many resources posted on our YouTube Channel to assist with fitness goals, which includes both the CPAT Workout Series and Fire Academy Physical Training Sessions. Candidates should watch these videos carefully and incorporate the exercises shown into their daily training schedule. We encourage all of our candidates to stay #FDNYFit.
