Prospective Members Learn About Fire Prevention Careers at DCAS Agency Spotlight Event

Great job to all of the prospective members who logged on for today’s New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services FDNY Agency Spotlight Event. During the virtual meeting, participants learned all about the daily responsibilities of a FDNY Associate Electrical Inspector and Assistant Electrical Engineer, as well as received detailed information about the requirements for each of those careers. In addition, attendees participated in a question and answer session with our members to become more informed about the application and hiring process.

As part of the event, attendees participated in a question and answer session with Williams and Chadha, as well as Assistant Commissioner Tricia Singh, Deputy Director of Administration and Planning Carline Germain and Director of Talent Acquisition Janelle Bennett.
