Congratulations to FDNY Lieutenant Terence Lau, left, for being honored yesterday evening during New York City Mayor Eric Adams Lunar New Year Celebration at Gracie Mansion in Manhattan. Lau, a 15-year FDNY veteran, was recognized for his longtime public service to the City of New York.
“I am very honored and humbled by this experience. I think all of our members deserve a recognition like this, especially those who worked during the COVID-19 pandemic. I share this award with everyone who has been working tirelessly day and night for the past two years to help our city,” said Lau, who serves in our EMS Bureau of Training. Standing with Lau is EMS Lieutenant David Mark.
