Aspiring Fire Marshals Get Career Advice at Info Session

Working for the FDNY represents helping others, pride, family and opportunity. Today, for the first time in history, the Department hosted an Information Session to educate Firefighters about advancing their career to the rank of Fire Marshal in our Bureau of Fire Investigation.

During the session at “The Rock,” our Firefighters were able to learn about the daily duties of a Fire Marshal, how to prepare for the upcoming New York Citywide Administrative Services computer-based test, Fire Marshal training, post retirement career options and more. View more photos here.
